Learning and Development

The Butterfly Room’s award winning team provides training and development opportunities to both Avalon’s workforce and customers, as well as to external organisations.

Inclusion

The Butterfly Room works with Avalon’s customers to ensure Avalon works in a person centred way.

We support Avalink; Avalon’s strategic customer committee which brings a proactive approach to the inclusion of Avalon’s customers in the delivery and management of services.

Sales and Marketing

Our role is to build and maintain the Avalon image and brand, whilst providing marketing support to the individual services within the group.
