Inclusion

The Butterfly Room supports The Avalon Group's strategic Customer Committee, Avalink, which brings a proactive approach to the inclusion of Avalon’s customers in the delivery and management of services.

Avalink acts as a scrutiny to The Avalon Group's practices, and works to ensure that the organisation is providing the service they require, not just the service we believe they require.

Sub-committee groups also develop ideas about the training and recruitment of staff, support planning, the environment, organisational development and policy.

Avalink manages the editorial committee for its own newsletter, The Avalon Express, and has representation on Avalon’s Organisational development Committee.
