We understand the importance of recruiting well trained staff within an organisation to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.

The Butterfly Room offers a comprehensive induction programme, in line with the Sector Skills Council ‘Skills for Care’ standards, which provides the essential foundations for working in a care environment.

These modules can also be tailored to suit the individual requirements of external organisations.

We also provide a range of Learning Disability Qualifications, including The Induction Award in Supporting People With Learning Disabilities, which is required for new workers within this field.
