Individuals may be looking for a short break, respite, a holiday or a long term living provision. The Family Living Service enables people to do this in a family setting; supported by trained carers called Family Living Providers; they have to be carefully selected and are fully police checked, they also take part in an extensive assessment before being approved to work with the service.
If you wish to find out about or how to access our service you can contact us directly, ask a member of your family or friend to contact us, or ask your social worker or person who works alongside you. You will then be directed to the right person who can give you the information that you need.
We can help to set up meetings with our Family Living Providers so you can have the opportunity to see the service for yourself before making any decisions.
Of course, family members or friends can be involved in supporting you to make a decision, if you would like their support.
