Jane joined The Avalon Group in 2000. Before which she spent over 14 years working in the provision of support and housing services for local authorities, housing associations and non-profit organisations. Her work in these areas brought her experience in delivering the kind of high quality support services that The Avalon Group prides itself upon.
In addition, her work with both public and third sector organisations has given her a depth of knowledge in how to foster positive relationships and effective means of communication between different organizations. This knowledge is crucial to The Avalon Group as its services rely on working effectively with a variety of different partners including local authorities and housing associations.
Jane joined The Avalon Group shortly after the organization launched specialized housing projects in Harrogate, Scarborough and Dewsbury. Under her guidance, Avalon’s Supported Living division has increased the number and type of services it offers and has expanded into new areas of the country.
