Community Support

Our Community Support Services offer support of any kind, tailored entirely to the needs of the individual within the community.

Some examples of this would be:

Supporting someone at work or place of learning
Support to access local facilities, both practical (for example transport) and leisure
Teach or maintain a person's independent living skills. This service operates throughout our region, with the exception of Cumbria at the present time. Please contact your local office for further details
