The Board of Trustees is a voluntary board which has ultimate responsibility for the internal governance of the organisation.

Its role is to guide the work of the organisation and determine its strategic direction to deliver the commitments to customers and stakeholders.

Louise Drake

Chair

Louise has worked for Yorkshire Building Society for 15 years. She is responsible for growth through increasing marketing awareness, new client acquisitions and the successful project implementation for key corporate clients.

Elizabeth O'Hare

Board Member

Elizabeth has been a barrister for more than 20 years, practising on the North Eastern circuit and specialising in claims of maximum severity in clinical negligence and personal injury.

Joanna Miller

Board Member

Joanna qualified as a Chartered Public Finance Accountant in 2000, and has since enjoyed Director level roles across the public, private and third sectors, including a year as The Avalon Group's Finance Director.
