We are proud to pay above the National Minimum Wage with a rate of £8.80 per hour for customer contact time with enhancements of up to £10.15 per hour for waking night weekend working and generous sleepover rates.

This is a responsible yet hugely satisfying role.  We are looking for compassionate and reliable people from all walks of life who will be able to uphold our values as they provide excellent support to our customers.  No experience is needed as we will give you all the training and support you need, including opportunities to gain recognised qualifications in health and social care.

The role of a Support Worker is not a 9-5 job, however we appreciate that you have responsibilities and commitments, and we work with our staff to ensure rotas reflect individual needs wherever possible. 

In particular we are looking for support workers to work with two of our complex needs customers that need 24/7 support. Flexibility will be required as shift patterns will vary and will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. The requirements for each customer are as follows:

Customer 1: Requires 1 to 1 support throughout a 24/7 service which will also include sleep-ins. We are looking to recruit female support workers due to personal care needs and customer behaviour. A current full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.

Customer 2: Requires 2 to 1 support throughout a 24/7 service which will also include sleep-ins.

Some of our roles require male or female employees only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
