Locality Manager – Scarborough
I have worked in Adult social care for over 25 years, starting my journey as a support worker for many years before working my way into more senior roles.
I have worked in several different settings but have especially enjoyed my time working in services that support people with Learning disabilities and Mental health needs.
I have recently moved to Scarborough from the Midlands and have just come back into Social care after taking some time out to spend with my family.
I am very much looking forward to getting to know Scarborough and meeting all the customers that Avalon support and also to meet all the wonderful support staff that work for Avalon.
In my spare time I can often be found building sandcastles on the beach covered in sand and ice cream, even in the Winter !!
