Support Worker, Northallerton

Are you looking for a job that works for you? We are looking for part time Support Workers in the Northallerton area (full time considered depending upon your availability and if you are a car driver).
In particular, we need Female Support Workers that are available to work flexibly and must be a car driver due to the support locations. This is due to the support needs of the customers and considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

You don’t need previous experience or qualifications, just to care about people and to want to make a difference. You will build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support. You won’t have to do short visits, as our sessions are always a minimum of 1 hour, with many being longer than this to make sure both you and our customers are fulfilled every day.
