Our new 3 Year Plan takes us to 2025, and allows us to focus on our vision to Support people to achieve their best life experience.
It is important to us that our plan is inclusive and accessible. We created this plan in partnership with our staff, customers and Trustees, and we are proud that this has led to a very visual and effective plan that anyone can pick up and understand in just a few seconds.
The Plan is backed up by a master list of projects that will run across the next 3 years, making sure that we are the very best care provider, charity and community organisation we can be.
