A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not essential.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. Ideally, you will have experience of supporting individuals. Our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the additional skills you need to deliver your role with confidence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain and develop lifelong skills.

Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Support Worker, you’ll be delivering vital support. This may include helping with personal care, daily living skills, finances and administering medication. This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.

What could the role look like?

We offer a variety of support across our Northallerton services, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Your role could include:

· Day support: Providing 1:1 support to an individual at a local day service, typically 9am–3pm, with a day shift on alternate weekends.

· Supported Living: Supporting people within their homes to develop independence, take part in activities and live the life they choose.

· Sleepover and 24-hour support: Working within our Supported Living services, which may include sleepover shifts and services providing 24-hour support.

Shift patterns can vary depending on the service and the people we support and may include weekdays, weekends, evenings and sleepovers. We are happy to discuss your availability and any existing commitments with you at interview.

If you’re looking for a role where you can truly make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.
