Hi, I am Bev Wilson, Avalon’s Operations Director.
I’ve worked for Avalon since 2001, and in my current role since 2021.
I love working for Avalon and I’ve been really lucky to be able to build my career in social care while working here. It’s been a huge privilege to develop my skills while doing something I love.
My journey started as a support worker, where I was able to enjoy the inspiration that comes with supporting our customers. I took every learning opportunity with Avalon and have benefitted greatly. My passions are people and animals, equality and opportunity for all.
In my spare time, I love to go out walking, preferably in the Yorkshire Dales or the beautiful coastline of Northumberland, catching up with friends, shopping and eating!
