I joined Avalon as a Trustee to support strategic growth and sustainability, bringing a wealth of experience earned across a career in business and service development. I have a passion for improving communities and working towards a more inclusive future for people who have care needs.

I believe that by embracing the use of digital for all, and continuing to innovate, Avalon Group and the wider social care sector will continue to deliver fantastic outcomes and remain fit for the future.
