I have over 15 years experience at Google and other major global brands advising clients on their digital and customer strategies. Through a variety of management and analytical roles I am experienced in applying data and insight to improve customer propositions. I also have extensive experience in the retail and technology sectors, projects have included; establishing new ecommerce platforms, launching pan European loyalty programmes, implementing new CRM systems, developing and implementing omnichannel strategies. I am passionate about creating digital products that are inclusive and support independence.
In my spare time I enjoy property renovation and traveling around the North Yorkshire countryside with my two young boys.
