Administrator – Northallerton (N206)

16 hours per week (to be worked over Tuesday and Wednesday)

£22,010.56 per annum, pro rata

Avalon Group (Social Care) is an adult social care charity providing person-centred support to working age adults, promoting independence and choice in their everyday lives.

As an experienced administrator, you will provide support to the Locality Manager and the Northallerton team. You will undertake a wide range of duties, which will include diary management, maintaining electronic data management systems, filling and liaising directly with customers and
visitors. You will need to be proficient in working with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.

The successful candidate will need to be a quick learner so they are able to pick up tasks using our specialised in-house packages. You will be a natural organiser, a good communicator with great attention to detail. You will enjoy working to deadlines and can work on your own initiative. The work involved is often varied and sometimes sensitive or confidential in nature.

The hours of work are between 8:30am to 5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
