Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Avalon’s growth, innovation, and sustainability. Working closely with operational colleagues and the senior leadership team, you will identify and develop new opportunities, lead tender and bid activity, and manage key stakeholder relationships. You will also ensure the smooth mobilisation of new services and help strengthen Avalon’s position as a leading provider of high quality, community-based care.
This is a strategic senior operational role which calls for strong business acumen, confident leadership, and a highly collaborative approach to working. Experience within the Health & Social Care sector is essential, with a proven record of success in a similar senior operational position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with vision, energy, and innovative ideas who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving the growth of exceptional services across the North of England.

The base location for this role is negotiable for the right candidate, however there will be an expectation to travel to our Harrogate Hub office and across our other Avalon Localities as required.
