Head of Operations

Avalon Group has been delivering innovative services for people with disabilities for 30 years. We pride ourselves on the quality of care and support we provide to people to maximise their independence and enable them to live the life they choose.

In this senior operational role, you will bring pace and networking skills and be exceptionally organised in your style of work. You will demonstrate persuasive, compelling communications with strong written skills. You will be used to working to tight deadlines and have strong attention to detail where required. You will know and understand the commissioning landscape as well as the needs and challenges of key stakeholder groups, especially the people we support.

You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the health and social care sector, having worked in senior operational roles.

Base location is negotiable for the right candidate, however there will be an expectation to travel to our Head Office in Harrogate and across our other Avalon Localities.
