Quality & Compliance Coordinator

We are now seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our services remain safe, effective and of the highest quality.

About the Role

As Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will work closely with operational teams to monitor performance, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement across our services. You will help ensure compliance with the CQC Fundamental Standards and wider regulatory and legislative requirements.

You will:

  • Conduct quality audits and internal inspections
  • Use evidence-based practice to identify areas for improvement
  • Support managers to develop and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery
  • Contribute to policy review and development
  • Support organisational health & safety processes

About You

You will bring:

  • A strong understanding of the social care sector
  • Knowledge of key legislation and CQC standards
  • Experience of conducting quality audits or inspections (desirable)
  • The ability to analyse information and translate findings into practical improvements
  • Confidence in working collaboratively with managers and operational teams
