Service Administrator

Avalon Group is a leading, award-winning social care charity dedicated to enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives. We are seeking an experienced administrator to be based at our Harrogate Hub.

You will provide administrative support to all departments across the charity. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls so you will be proficient in communicating with a range of individuals with a variety of needs, and in resolving queries at the first point of contact.

There will be occasions where you will need to travel to other locality offices to undertake work for our locality teams, so being a driver with access to a vehicle is preferred though not essential.

You will work in a fully digital environment, so you will need to be confident using a range of digital packages including Microsoft office and bespoke web-based software.

You will be a team player, a natural organiser with great attention to detail and will thrive on the unexpected and finding solutions. The work involved is often varied and sometimes sensitive or confidential in nature. You will find a strong team spirit across our services and amazing colleagues who always pull together and look out for each other.
