Are you experienced in working with people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities & older adults? You will be responsible for working with new referrals, so the customers receive excellent services whilst we find them Support Workers of their choice. You will also provide cover for Support Workers’ sickness & holidays, thereby ensuring consistency of services for our customers.
